The meeting started on time: 7:40PM. The Toastmaster of the evening was Scarlet OH.

Word of the Day for the meeting was Luxury.

The winner of word of the day of the evening was Jerry HWANG who said the word 5 times during the meeting.

EDUCATIONAL PRESENTATION

Area60 Governor, Jerry Kim GOMEZ, had an educational presentation entitled ‘Robert’s Rules of Order Making Motions.

BUSINESS SESSION

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Fiona AV HAYSOM encouraged Go Getters Toastmasters for the conference on the weekend and said there is one more KTX ticket to Seoul.

MOCK MOTION

Jerry Kim GOMEZ moved that the membership bring kittens to the meeting and it was seconded by Andy Kim, Hong-Jun LEE, and Marie CHUNG.

Motion Failed by 6Ayes to 8Nays with 1 abstention.

TABLE TOPICS SESSION

Table Topics speakers who speak under 1 minute or over 2 minutes are not eligible for the Best Table Topics Speaker Award.

The Table Topics Master of the day was Jerry HWANG. The theme of the session was ‘If I were…’ and he prepared a session where he would announce the topic, and then call a Toastmaster up to the stage to respond.

The General Evaluator, Fiona AV HAYSOM said,

Toastmaster of the evening, Scarlet OH, was exactly punctual to the schedule.

Jerry Kim GOMEZ’s presentation was so clear that every Go Getters member easily followed and understood.

Evaluating team of the evening strongly submitted their reports.

She said she was impressed by how smoothly the meeting went on.
