The meeting started on time: 7:45PM. The Toastmaster of the evening was Sangje Kim.

1. International Convention
The 2012 Toastermasters International Convention will be held.
August 15-18, 2012, at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort
Discounted Rate
To receive the full convention package at the discounted rate of $595 (U.S.)
Be sure to register by July 20.
2. Office training
Division office training will be held around the end of July.
Office training will be held in KAIST, Daejeon, June 30, 2012
3. Club Speech Contest
The topic of speech is humorous speech.
The competition has to be finished untill August.
4. Division Speech Contest
Speech subject will be humorous speech.
5. Hosting Speech Contests (Area, Division)
One club in Area 60 should host one of these events.
Venue Committee is urgent.

The Table Topics Master of the day was Jin Bog Park. The theme was traveling. He prepared a session where he would announce the topic, and then called a Toastmaster up to the stage to respond.

The General Evaluator, Jiin Park said,
Every session in the meeting was punctual. Every GGTM members try their hardest and have been close to more and more competent Toastmasters members. They complement people's shortage very hard to make the club go well.
