  1. Using a role sign up sheet to save time.
  2. Filling out a personal goal sheet(Submit to VP Education, Brendan). 
    -      Not compulsory but suggested.
  3. Purchasing certificates and TM books for Area Contest winners, membership pins for all participants. - Discussed with Patrick and Scarlet.- Tabled
  4. Purchasing new banner.- Tabled
  5. Reminder to send evaluators a copy of speech before hand and please update the information online.- Suggested by Brendan and discussed with Patrick, Scarlet, and Marie.- Not compulsory but strongly suggested.- Tabled
  6. Induction ceremony. - Wontae Lee, Jinjoo Lee, and Yoohee Kim became the official members of GGTM.
