The meeting started on time: 7:45PM. The Toastmaster of the evening was   Scarlet Oh - Ah Count : 3.

The General Evaluator was Hong-Jun Lee and his evaluation team was:

• Grammarian : Katie (word of the day : viable)
• Listener : Won Tae LeePREPARED SPEECHES

Prepared speakers who speak less than 30 seconds or 30 seconds over their speech's time limit are not eligible for the Best Speaker Award.

BUSINESS SESSION

1. Communication & Leadership Progress Survey
   - Brendan shows the benefits of using online conlaboration tool(google docs)
2. Area Contest (30th/March)
   - will be held at Media Center
3. Induction Ceremony
   - Katie, Jason Lee became  offical members of GGTM
